Eric wird dreiundzwanzig

For my 23rd birthday I visited Romina's hometown, Flintsbach, which is very close to the border with Austria, giving me the chance to climb around in the Apls for a bit. We also visited Herren and Frauenchiemsee and wandered around, but since the batteries for my camera died, I didn't get many photos. My birthday was that weekend so her parents gifted me the money to buy a haircut. I hated the haircut and dyed it black.

For my birthday I wanted to see both Metric and Thrice play in Munich. Metric played on the 10th of May at the Atomic Cafe, and Thrice on the 11th. The original plan was for me to see Metric and then catch the train back and then catch Thrice the next day. Well when Metric finished I booked it back as quickly as I could to the train station only to see that I was about half an hour too late to catch the last train. So I spent the night in Munich. It wasn't so bad, I wandered around Schloss Nymphenburg, Hirsch Park, and watched the sun rise in Olympiastadium, the site of the tragic Munich Massacre. The next day I caught Thrice who were a bit dissapointing due to the fact that Dustin (the lead singer) had a sore throat and couldn't give a good hardcore yell.
